✓ Legal capacity building: Wider Postal Sector Players (WPSPs) shall be trained by the UPU in post-related legal matters;

✓ Operational standards compliance;
✓ Postal financial inclusion: Advisory services; technical assistance; extension of the global postal payment services network;
✓ Direct marketing capacity building;
✓ Trade capacity building: Provision of technical assistance in the integration of postal services into national trade portals (including process mapping, analysis and streamlining of trade processes) to raise affordability for SMEs to trade via the Post (in line with regional development plans). The work streams will result in services and products offered by the postal community in technical cooperation with the WPSPs, based on common #globalstandards, to create a #singlepostalterritory composed of interconnected networks.
