Analysis of Last Mile Experts yearly report on Out Of Home (OOH) Delivery in Europe 2023
OOH DEVELOPMENT CANNOT KEEP UP WITH GROWTH IN PARCEL VOLUMES.
The Last Mile Experts (LME) states that OOH is increasing, but a closer look at the data in the reports of the last three years says otherwise.
Based on their own data many of their claims are proven wrong, basically because the total number of OOH locations or “unique collection points” has grown less than ecommerce parcel volumes in most countries.
In my article I have listed in detail the points where LME, IMHO are wrong and in the pdf attachment I have analyzed the development over the last three years, all based on the data collected by LME.
The numbers are surprising when put into a yearly comparison but have a look at my data and comment yourself.
In the comments you will, find a comprehensive analysis of the data from the last three years OOH Reports.
