Heute sitze ich, leider virtuell, in meiner letzten Verwaltungsratssitzung von der Conrad Electronic SE. Als Werner Conrad mich vor 8 Jahren gefragt hat, ob ich mir vorstellen könnte, in den Verwaltungsrat/Beirat zu kommen, habe ich mich sehr geehrt gefühlt – vor allem für das Vertrauen, das er als Familienunternehmer mit einer bald 100-jährigen Tradition in mich als 26-jährige Gründerin hat. Seine Entscheidung hat damals Mut erfordert, den ich ihm hoch anrechne. 🙏
