The DAC-7 Directive and its implications for operators and users of digital platforms

On 1 January 2023, special due diligence and reporting obligations for digital platform operators in the EU will come into force with the DAC-7 Directive. 

Implementing the DAC-7 Directive in Germany has far-reaching consequences for platform operators and providers active on these platforms.
