NEW RETAIL RULES COMING SOON! This June, new rules for omnichannel retail are coming from Brussels! The revised Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (VBER) will give suppliers the possibility to sell their goods to retailers at different wholesale prices depending on the distribution channel (dual pricing). This will discriminate against online selling, making it less attractive for small companies to sell online.
