New hybrid event on 25 January 2023 – Roundtable on single EU VAT registration proposals

Following the publication of the “VAT in the Digital Age” legislative proposal, and building on the previous webinar held in June 2022, Ecommerce Europe and EuroCommerce are now organising a new hybrid event on 25 January 2023 to discuss the new legislation alongside policymakers and businesses.

The event will focus on the VAT in the Digital Age proposal with a focus on the VAT One Stop Shop 2.0 concept, covering:

📌 The broader context of the EU’s VAT in the Digital Age initiative, including the next steps and its adoption into law

📌 The multifaceted benefits of a single EU VAT registration as proposed

📌The challenges for businesses and governments in implementing the proposal, and how they can be addressed

The roundtable will allow for an in-person and remote attendance and will be held in the Residence Palace on 25 January 2023 at 16h00 CET, followed by a networking cocktail.
